Considering Urgot, Riot:

Riot, considering champions like Jhin and Caitlyn who both have ridiculous range, more capabilities of escape and far more crit potential and can outdeal dmg, don't you think it's time to revert Urgot's old kit? In today season it wouldn't be considered OP what so ever and if it does, then why do caitlyn and jhin make the exception in terms of high dmg output with high range? Why isn't Urgot allowed to have his? Because of top lane? That's a poor excuse when you consider Jayce, Gnar, and Graves who also come out as Ranged Bruisers and who have escapes while he has 0 escape, lowest AA marksmen in the game, high mana dependency, and a Q that depends on you to land noxian corrosion which is easily dodged. You nerfed him hard way back, but that was then when his kit was cosidered OP. Now we're season 7. Nothing about his old kit is OP in this season, at least not when compared to everything else in this season.

You don't need to give him his old 1600 range when hit by his E but you could at least equalize it to Cait's range when somebody stands in her trap which is 1300. You could also boost his AA to have normal marksmen range and increase his W range back up to 950. As well, instead of his Ult applying some stupid 40% debuff, allow it to apply a noxian corrision charge so he can slow them himself by casting his shield. This would give him far more reason to cast his ult in the first place during laning phase.
