I am trying to climb to Gold during the preseason for season 6.
In so many of my ranked games, I have toxic players who blame other people. People who say they are a Plat Smurf but have over 500 games in Silver. Champion Select trolls. Or People who afk or feed.
What am I to-do? How do I overcome this in order to hit Gold?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Makior722 votesYou dont. To get out of silver you either have to carry your games yourself or simply roll the dice enough times and eventually (slowly) you will climb.

He's not wrong, unless your skill level is far above theirs it's just a grind. You can get lucky and your team stomps often or you're unlucky and only win half the time and slowly go up.
Pasta Help Desk2 votesI'm just gonna throw this out there but it only makes sense for silver to contain the most trolls as the majority of the player base that is ranked is considered to be in silver division. There are more people in the Silver Division than there are people in bronze.

The trick to winning at low elo?
Pick a burst assassin with a reset mechanic (e.g.

LaoBushido1 votesI recommend going dou with a friend it better to have 2 competent people than one , assuming the one is you that is. If you feel that you are the hindering one on your team get more practice in norms. As for the afks the new champ select will help with that, but it won't hit ranked for a cycle or 2 after season 6 starts
