Stopping Camera Snapback after Backing?

Is there any way to turn off the camera snapping back when you B (such as how you can turn it off for when you die)? Maybe some setting in the config for this? In the game.cfg file, I see "SnapCameraOnRespawn=0".

I'll try messing with"SnapCameraOnBack/Recall," but if anyone knows anything about this I'd be grateful. Thanks
