Pick Order in Champ Select as a 5-Man

Me and my friends constantly queue up for normal draft or flex ranked and we always get the same pick order eg, top picks, jg picks, mid picks, supp picks, and adc picks, but it's player picking so if I (support player) queue as top and my friend queues as support, then he'll still be first pick, it's annoying as usually im fourth pick and we can't properly organise counterpicks as my friends don't own all champions.

Is there any way to get around this?

Being 4th pick all the time isn't ideal for me and my party..
