Riot Employee Answer Broken Ranked

So I know how most of the community feels about ranked placement this season. I personally was in bronze 3 and won 8 out of 10 placement matches and was moved down to bronze four. I know bronze is bronze but had i went on an eight and two winning streak from where I was I would have almost certainly moved up rather than down. Aside from my personal discontent I see many people who did well and they are moved down or did poor and are at the same or better ranked status. Now I think I speak for a large portion of the League community when I say Riot needs to respond to this in some form. I have seen all the article, I have read what people think is the math behind the ranked placement and I have personally contacted riot support about my discontent. More so than me being moved down I think what we all want to know is how does Riot think this better or is good? Please whatever, and if any, Riot employee responds don't refer us to another article or previous statement. Just explain to us how this is accomplishing making league better? You cannot say you are basing it off last year because in my personal experience I am playing better and did play much better in my placement and was moved down. Aside from that I am some what upset about the fact that, whether it be on a board or in player support, the only response Riot has is pretty much referring us to information we already know. At the very least Riot you have to see that lots of people are unhappy and you are effectively blowing it off right now. So if you, Riot, think this new method is better tell us how, and not just what your articles say, how is better right now? How are we, the player, enjoying this more? If you do not think it is better at the very at least acknowledge that something is wrong. If you cannot do either one of those just acknowledge that there is discontent with this system.
