and not full ap and with 5 kills he was doing 1200 to me on lvl 7.so if you can actually do something for that it will be really good fo all players who just wan to play and not play with a yasuo who does 400 dmg with ult and malphite who does 1000000 million dmg with ult.i just think that this is not really good.because malphite's q used to do like 100 dmg and now it does 1000 dmg if you have a runic echoes.

I'd rather have a 10000 hp Malph raping me next game than having to face off against another madc cancer bruiser that jumps around like they are fucking Lee Sin and equally tanky as a fully built malph while shitting out 3 times the damage.
