New Champ teaser?

Hey Guys! i have started out the season as a adc main playing Xayah. After some games i have noticed a wierd mark. The mark is blue colored and have like an arrow and something beside it. It started popping over my champ around the start of the mid game and sometimes earlier too. has anyone seen it too? thank you in advance :)

I think you're talking about the rune gathering storm. every 10 minutes it gives you extra ad/ap and whenever it does a blue icon pops up above your head
