Rammus taunt duration needs buff

Hi all , I think that Rammus taunt rlly needs some improvement i mean that 2.25sec on 5lvl is way too low considering that rammus is picked only cuse of taunt.In the other hand if taunt is his best he rlly need to be around 3sec i think that still not too much and not too low,and maybe buffing his W (return dmg) or ultimate dmg. What do u think guys???
