About getting out of low elo...

Firstly, I'd like to know some ways and advices to win games and get out of low elo like bronze and silver, because i want to improve my gameplay and get a higher elo at least gold or platinum.

Secondly, i would like to tell all of you high elo players that people in bronze are too stupid. Asking for teamwork or teamfight or grouping up, the players don't do this and i don't know why. So, before laughing at this please consider the lack of teamwork in low elo.
