Right click swap to left click?

I've played league of legends for around 2 years and have always used right click to move my character, attack, scroll the mini-map, and so on. Around 6 months ago a hammer was dropped on my middle finger at work and now I have little to no movement with my middle finger. I tried fixing how I played... Going into the game settings and swapping the mouse buttons... It works you can use the left click to move your champ...but by default to pan you mini-map you left click it... Swapping your mouse buttons doesn't swap the left click on the mini-map to move it...so if you left click to move your mini-map it moves your character to a new direction as well. Also think about it since your left clicking moves your champion and pans the maps this is a problem because if you are fighting and trying to click on someone and you (left) click on the mini-map it pans you to a whole new area messing you up....

...Please help me fix this I just want to play this game again. Also swapping the buttons on the computer doesn't work.
