Courage of the Colossus Bug with anyone and fiora (or it seems to be)

ok so in a game i was playing fiora top against a yasuo top, that yasuo had courage of the colossus which was nothing unusual until i noticed something, when he was to use his third q on me and i was to use my w to parry it and stun him, i dont get cc'ed but he still gets the shield for some reason and this really annoyed me since i had to time it right to get the guy not to ult or knock me up and he still gets a shield for it.

I dont know if this is intended to work that way or this is just a bug that needs to be fixed, but please reply to me so i know what is up with this.

Same happens with spellshielding an ability that would give CoC shield, right now there is no benefit to outplay ingredients, they get the advantage whether or not they actually CC the target.

Fiora's parry basically says anything that hit her did hit her and everything that it could trigger will be triggered... but nothing will happen. Dont ask me why, its just seems how that works.
