Jhin how patch 8.11 will affect him

So i like or at least liked to play as Jhin.Why?? Because he is unique adc with real character and play as him bringed me great joy.After rune changes i managed to get viable rune setup for him to counterbalance old runes removal.Nerf to his ulti smashed him greatly now is like 40% harder to land 3 other ultimate shots than before.Straight to point i always maximized his passive that means i go full crit with max attack speed and maximum cdr with ultimate hat wich allowed me to spam his ultimate each 45 seconds.Now with upcoming changes of items i wondering how Jhin will be affected?? it will make him stronger or he will be just a rare pick in game cause he wont stand chance against most adc in games.

Stormrazor seems real gud on Jhin.

Lethality is buffed because total arpen exists, too.

Crit Jhin will be nerfed, sure, but Jhin himself? Probably not. His power profile will just shift to being more early-game focused.

the new lord dominik is a buff to any adc, I still think Essence Reaver, especially if you engage fights with R then join your team after shooting (you have 10 seconds to use the passive from ER), but probably he'll just go Youmuu/Duskblade/EdgeOfNight.
