Can we get the option to pick any champion mastery emote we unlocked in lobby?

You know cause of how ridiculously expensive they are to upgrade and sometimes I just want to flaunt that lvl 4 swag again.

So the suggestion would be like this

Lock in champion > small dial opens > cycle through available mastery lvls for that champion
