Can we please revert the nerfs on jayce's W?

Jayce is at the lowest point hes been in ever since release, and its mostly because of nerfs to muramana, removal of mana pots,and so many picks are just way stronger right now, and he doesnt fit into the meta at all. His AD per level and base ad is terrible compared to most ranged ad champs even, and hes not even fully ranged. he does terribly from behind, and his mana costs are way too high if you dont have an early tear, which still cuts back on his power. riot please do something

why would jayce buy mana pots..? he has flask, tear and his W restores mana on hit

To stack his tear faster. Also if he's at all behind in lane going melee to get the mana restore can mean death. I never bought the old flask on Jayce (because it gave very little mana restore). Tear only gives 25% mana regen, and his ult doesn't stack it. So the mana pots really helped him to stay in lane for more than 2 minutes at a time.

Either give him ArPen on his accelerated shockblast, or give him substantially higher AD/lvl, HP/lvl and revert the W nerfs, and make the attacks unable to crit. Jayce is my favorite champion, but unplayable right now.
