An idea for a syndra nerf

There already is. Its capped at 7.

Its not very helpful to suggest a nerf without saying why it would be a good nerf or why she needs nerfs in the first place.

Now, if there wasn't a cap, or if you still wanted to nerf her by making the cap smaller, then that would be a terrible nerf because it would reduce skillcap.
