Isn't decay supposed to be disabled?

I am not sure, but last season I remember they disabled decay after the ranked season, now I am getting a notification that I will be decaying in 8 days unless I play a game of Ranked Solo/Duo (Which *cough cough I can't). I'm not sure if they are sticking to that this season but hey, I'd like to keep my rank through the preseason until the reset...
