Is Pool Party Rek'sai Unfair?
Basically I really want to get pool party rek'sai but I have a question. Can the people in the radius hear the music? If so, will this be a disadvantage for rek'sai?

Talkrr2 votesIt only procs when they have vision or when reksai gives damage I believe. I have the skin and it doesnt seem to be an issue.
