A Tank Poppy can 1v1 a full AP Fizz, Fizz needs some buffs...

Hey guys, I just played an Ascension game and I had no struggle except with this Poppy. She would just eqw and 3/4 my hp would be gone. She could 1v1 a full AP Fizz with just trinity force, sunfire cape, and spirit visage. Fizz needs some serious help if a tank can assassinate the assassin.

isn't it the tanks job to survive an assassin's burst damage?

Tanks are supposed to beat assassins. Don't try and duel a champ that gets bonus damage near walls on a map full of close together walls btw. That probably wasn't helping your chances too much.
