Being able to sell your runes.

As you start to play LoL and you level up (lvl 1 - lvl 30) you start to buy your runes along with your champions and etc. But really after you have reached level 30 and you have almost all the tier 3 runes that you need, you are left with a lot of tier 1 and tier 2 runes that are not that useful anymore and you are also looking to get your missing tier 3 runes for that perfect rune page you want to put together.

So, what about being able to sell your runes so you can buy other runes? Of course this wouldn't be for the original price, maybe 50%; and lets be honest, tier 3 runes are not as cheap as we want to but they are well worth it. And maybe it's just like buying runes: you select the rune you want to sell and then you put how many you want to sell.

In my opinion tier 1 and tier 2 runes are just there forever to exist with almost no use. So a system to sell them would be great.
