It might be just me, I don't know. I just got done sitting in Ranked Q time for 18 minutes without ever joining a game as "primary : fill " because "primary : support, secondary : fill" took 5 minutes and I thought that was too long. What's going on?

Yeah...40 minutes and not in a game. Granted I have backed out because I thought client was glitched or something but what the hell.
I just sat in a Q for 30 mins as a top mid. walked away did some chores around the house and still in Q.
