Come the hell on, Im bronze 1 in a team with golds/high silvers and against golds etc. One of them ex plat, and I dont rarely get games with plats in them. How is this even fair? Theres a clear difference when you put a bronze against golds+, if it's by MMR then it's terrible system that needs to take into account player rank. I hate ranking because I don't like the pressure of it, but if thats the only place i can play against people my level then that just ain't right. If I wanna try out something for the first time, or practice on some roles, me going against a goddamn Diamond 5 (it happens way too often) isn't helping or improving my gameplay, it just leads to a horrible experience.

Is it such a foreign concept to put Bronze vs bronze. gold vs gold, etc?

Absolutely not

You get matched based on your MMR. How you perform against people of higher and lower MMR is how it changes. Being matched purely on rank is a ridiculously god awful design.

Lets see how this would play out. Diamond player has a bronze smurf. Diamond player only gets matched against bronze players in norms because "BUT MUH RANK QQ". Diamond player just smashes noobs all game every game because he is technically ranked Bronze

Same goes for other players. Someone who doesn't like ranked plays hundreds of norms. This player get significantly better at the game with all the practice. The player now gets matched against higher skilled opponents in reflection of becoming better at the game.

Sorry, OP. You dont get to just smash noobs regardless just because you dont play ranked. What a horrible argument. "I dont play ranked" then immediately tries to use rankings as a focal point of his argument. Lol

Im not saying I wanna smash other bronze newbs, Im saying I wanna play with people at my level. Me in a bronze team against other bronze people. Unranked people can be in their own realm of shittery. All Im saying is Im tired of going against people who are very very very clearly out of my league.

But naw thats too much to ask since bronze, silver and gold are in the same level to the community Kappa4Head

sorry but what? unranked players can be just as good as challenger players or just as bad as a new player. Unranked players are unranked because they do not care about playing ranked, that doesn't mean anything when they still play normals and still improve in their abilities. Bronze players can start playing normals until their skills raise enough for them to get out of bronze. You being unranked and want to play ONLY against other unranked players? let me tell you, that you will NEVER find a balanced match in that case due to how huge the difference between unranked players is with each other

well in the top of a tier, B1,S1 etc you need to play against atleast one division up to know if you can even manage to survive in it

Its a normal game. I have asked riot and they basically said they don't care too much about matchmaking on normals as far as MMR goes, thats what ranked is for
