Recycling unused Skins/ Friendly Skin sharing

Hey there , Thank you for reading,I know these ideas might not be the best and the" sharing" needs more price concideration and overall thought .....but i though i share these anyways :P

Recycling

I think everyone has a skin or two that is barely being used (mostly the ones recieved from mistery boxes or rerolls)......Due to it being ugly or for a champion that does not fit your playstyle(and you like only play them cause you had a bad luck and was random picked for you) I've read that with one of the upcoming patches in the future there will be an option for us to check our owned skins at the collection "menu" Wath if there we could also "deactive" them ( which would basicly mean having them moved from collection to loot as a permanent skin shard like the ones you get from rerolls but you do not have the champ for them yet) This way we could try our luck again with the randomizer , or could just have that missing Rp for that skin shard we just cannot wait to have as a skin already. If the skin was moved by mistake ,or you have changed your mind , since it is a perma skin shard it can just be actived again with no cost and have it moved back to collection.

During champ select , you can click on "Skin sharing " for 500???blue essence ,this will then does ( a sound and notification...something like the skin boost) and makes your owned skin/s "glow" for your teammate/s who play a champion you have a skin for . Then they pay some amout of blue essence as well to unlock the glowing skin (100-500depending on the RP cost of the skin) , and viola ! they have that skin for the match , and you have the great feeling that you have made someone happy . This way you could try out new skins , and could use the ridiculous amount of IP you have stored for so long. Of course , since the amount you pay for this higher than what you recieve after the match (at least x3) it would not be overused to replace buying skins . The submitter has to be rich in essence or be really generous....or both The skins wont glow unless you start the process with the button , this way they wont beg u to let them have it , and report u after game cus you refused to pay essence for them (for the submitter to not pay essence for this , would have a negative effect on the store...they would have to pay at least 3 normal game's worth amount??? so it would be somewhat as common as a skin boost) The recievers do not have to pay as much as the submitter ..this way they are more likely to live with the opportunity (The submitter has already payed most of the price by being generous) Also if nobody picked your skins, the iP gets refunded maybe?
