Nerf Diana ?

So when is she getting nerfed exactly? Because 1 Q and half of hp just poofs away really doesn't seem balanced, or you know what nothing about her is balanced She can get you from one Q mark out of nowhere, suck you in with her R, has a shield and has that stupid third Q plz nerf

And Sett needs a nerf to his W Shield and Dmg because no one can win a 1 v 1 against him LEGIT NOBODY, from to and no one even says that guy can barely do dmg to minions (but seriously Sett regens like crazy and stuff, and your team needs a tank )
