Azir’s buffs this patch were outweighed by how hard he was hit by the Rylai’s changes.

see's no changes see's no changes (i know there are more people who got hit by the rylai nerfs, but these two are the biggest ones) This bias has gone on for a bit too long. These 2 where nerfed because of how strong rylais was on them. Now that its been trashed there is no reason you cant give these guys some love too, especially with how dependant these two where on it. But Azir? Really? The guy was fine as is. Why only Azir?

Because Azir has been unplayable for a good chunk of time and this patch was supposed to make him feel better to play. But instead the item 3116 nerfs made him feel even worse and nerfed him just as hard. Morde and Karthus were never being looked at for changes in 6.24 so they didn't get anything. Not sure how it's bias when those 2 aren't even current projects but ok
