Vayne nerfs dont change her current problem

TL,DR I'm sure everyone doesn't enjoy getting one shot by a tumble crit from Vayne with IE-Shiv, so instead of riot nerfing tumble's early game ratio, they should nerf its late game ratio or IE-shiv, otherwise nothing will change. I also think cutting down the stealth duration by half is gutting a core part of her identity as an outplay champion, but that's just my opinion. To start off, sorry for the rant, but I want to get his out there. I'm not sure what riot had in mind when they thought of these Vayne nerfs, but I am aware the PBE is subject to change but as of now this is what is going on.

Current PBE nerfs:

Tumble damage reduced to 10/25/40/55/70%

Invis during (R) Final Hour reduced to 0.5 seconds from 1 second

With the IE- shiv combo, Vayne's ability to 1-2 shot champions is kind of absurd to be honest, her identity is a tank killer/ duelist NOT a burst champion. Which leads me to the question, why is riot nerfing her early game by making tumble worse early but still keeping the 70% max rank ratio the same later? The problem her is her 1 shotting people when she maxes tumble, and it's not going to make it better with these changes. Unless riot nerfs her late game tumble scaling or IE-shiv, nothing will change except her having an even worse early game, which I am kind of disappointed about as she already has one of the worst. I hope riot realizes the core issue and fixes it.

Another thing I wanted to touch on was her stealth duration change. I understand it sucks that pinks cant reveal invis, I get it, it's annoying. However, don't think this is the right direction for nerfs. In my opinion, utilizing her invis well seperates a good Vayne from a great one, and provides outplay potential which is a core part of her identity. If they are going to reduce it, I don't think they should gut it by 50%, and maybe try to make it 0.6-0.7 secs, but that's just my opinion. She only gets her invis when she tumbles during her ultimate anyway. What's the problem with her invis vs another champ with invis?

Thanks for hearing me out everyone. I understand some people will think 'Omg another person defending Vayne XD what a loser, Vaynes such a broken champ' I get it but I'm sure we can all be civil and talk about the real problems, of why champ voices in champ select are so damn loud.
