ive had 1k+ true damage almost all games and u knw what 1.4k ult in the hole .. r u kiding me .. no charging like nunu .. and one shot KABOOM !!!! 1.4k ult .. thats too overpowered .. almost all games with garen is winning .. please nerf the champion ..

ult damage didn't change unless you are the villain E damage didn't change if you stand next to a minion/ally his silence is shorter and so is his ms buff

you know who else deals that much true damage? almost every champ with true damage.
gangplank gets a good 400 true damage on his passive lategame with an ad heavy build. and he can reset it on barrels. if you use it properly, you deal a ton of true damage throughout a fight.
darius can potentially ult 5 times in a fight. in most fights he will usually at least ult twice. once to finish someone off and at least another time to make use of the reset.
also, the guy has a point with corki. he willd eal a crapton of true damage in a single fight.
im talking abt team fights .. ur vayne ults u and You have been slain
