@Riot Repertoir Mana Gating and Taric

Happy Friday, Repertoir! I was hoping you could pop in and discuss a few things about the upcoming Taric rework. While I realize it is from 3-6 months away at this point, I was interested in your thoughts on mana gating as a tool, particularly in the case of Taric. This particular champion has had a long history with mana, but currently sits in a position where he is handily gated by mana. Despite the decreases in mana costs on Imbue received a few patches back, Taric often runs into mana problems due to the nature of the current iteration of Gemcraft. By encouraging combo'ing, Taric burns through mana quickly in any protracted encounter, becoming effectively useless when running on empty. I was wondering what effect this had on spell power levels, and whether similar gating will be contained within his rework. Selectively answer away! Thanks!
