The Draft Pick System Before 30

There should be some extra punishment for people who pick a job just to get into a game, then they try to play another spot. An example someone clicks support and mid and get's in as support, then picks a mid lane character and refuses to play support forcing the mid lane player to either fight the whole game or go support. There should be some fix to this. I was just in a room, just like that and almost every person started trading spot getting me stuck locked out because I know longer knew my spot. If you pick two spot's then play those two otherwise pick what YOU WOULD PLAY and wait the que.
