The Creation of a Rune Store?

Well, here is my issue. I was a new when i started playing league of legends and didn't quite understand Runes and Masteries. Now, i'm level 30 and i would like to believe i have a fair grasp on the concept. Issue is i already bought so many runes i don't ever touch or use anymore. Also, say i enjoy playing Ability power support so i buy manna regeneration runes, and then i completely switch over to attack damage supports and vowed never to touch Ability power supports again, i have runes just sitting there i'm not using. So i was thinking i would write a discussion of this matter and see what other league of legends players have to say. I would be so happy if i can sell my runes for half the Influence points back or even sell them back for full price, although that might be a little too much. Maybe trade a rune for a rune? What do you guys think?

There's already a rune combiner thing that lets you trade in multiple runes in for other ones of the same or greater value depending on how many runes your combine (2 or 5 respectively). Click the recycle symbol in the bottom left corner when looking at your rune page(s).

Although really, collecting appropriate rune set ups for different occasions is useful, since you never know when the team comp might require you to play a particular style/role. Having Assorted runes you don't really use also isn't the end of the world just in case they rebalance things or the meta changes such that suddenly your formerly 'useless' runes are now what everyone wants.
