Loot and Crafting broken
I keep getting keys but never mastery boxes, I have about 4 keys ready and it's been like this for over a month.

Emojay1 votesYou need an S. Once per season. In season 7, you should be able to get more.
Forbidden Siren1 votesGo to your Champion page when viewing your profile, look for the champ with a gold border around them. That means you got a chest for that champ and can't get it again until next season. You need to play a champ that doesn't have a gold border to get a chest. Just play ARAM with a bunch of friends or any rotating modes on the weekend as that usually means you play a champ you don't normally main, one of you will bound to get an S to get a chest.
