What's The Point Of Tenacity?

It really only helps against stuns and snares. Everything else either doesn't stop you enough for it to matter, or is applied in a way where tenacity doesn't help.

I wish it was helpful against slows, particularly rapidly and repeatedly applied slows, but sadly the only thing that helps there is having a dash or jump in your kit.

Any CC and displacement that isn't destroyed by tenacity should be affected by it.
