does ravenous hunter work on minions
just wondering if the mastery ravenous hunter works on minions/ jungle champs i cant seem to find anything on it no real mention of it

On a statik shiv crit that hits 5 minions at max level, you will heal approximately 450 hp.
It heals off of item damage, on hit damage, and all skill damages. It’s really really good.
Probably better than most keystones.
