2 huge bugs in one game of nexus siege

I loaded in a game of nexus siege. I was Kayn with the soul hunter skin and everything was normal until I loaded in. My wifi is normally fine but when I loaded in I froze for about 5 straight seconds, and during this time I noticed something: Kayn had Rhaast's horns. I did all the testing I could: Recall? Still there. TP? Still there. Die? Still there. I wanted to see if they would stay if I transformed into shadow assassin, but our ekko was afk, so we remade. This is where the second bug comes in: Once we remade, the ENEMY NEXUS GOT DESTROYED, and the banner said "Victory."
