Simple too Mana Hungry. Her Ult leaves her with 4% Mana unable to Q most of the time. Her Q is too easy to dodge.. The exp shared with the adc is less than other supports.

My team was all lv10+ besides me i don't understand that.

Illabethe2 votesshe/he is implying that she plays at a safe range, which in Morgana's case sometimes means being outside XP range. Part of why I don't generally Support her.
The mana was heavily nerfed in 9.1 if I remember correctly.
But yeah. for the most part, this is a rag by someone who spams skills, probably only rolls
