How to climb and carry?
I am playing well and got good KDA but my team either has bad coordination or int/afk in the team. I can't control the latter but other than ganking how can i ensure my team wins and help carry games?

Consistency and game knowledge. The most common advice your going to get is variations of " Play a hypercarry. Hard carry. 1v9 champions." Its bad advice. You need to play what works best for you. Do not cookie cutter games. Adapt as needed.
You will want the mindset of what do I need to do to get a step closer to destroying the nexus. Not "How do I keep a KDA." Try to avoid mental traps like Teammates failing = cuz they bad. Me winning = Cuz I R great. Be open to the idea a teammate might flop because their enemy is just better and that you might win lane because your opponent is weak.
A lot of folks go into games thinking I cant win with bad teammates. They then give up the moment a teammate does badly. Its a silly viewpoint because a match where all of your team > Their team is inherently unfair.... if that's the only games you can win and you don't take accountability for impact its very easy to get hardstuck for insanely long periods of time.
If you play with the intent to improve you will get better faster then if you just assume you will improve as you play.
On a game you get dumpstered in lane, Watch the replay. On a game you don't understand how it was a loss/win. Watch the replay. I also recommend learning the champions on a basic level as win conditions have some variance by kit.
Looking at you specifically lets use Yas for a few examples. As you probably know he thrives off matchups. Do you have a teammate who can set up a R? Does your Windwall block important skills or lots of damage? Can you destroy your lane in trades and zone them from cs and free farm?
Playing him the same level of skill has some dramatic impact biased off teammate and enemy champion picks. Hence you want to build game knowledge. Its better to know teammate A is gonna have an easy or hard time in advanced to finding it out in game.
Also, don't flame. Be boringly natural in tone during games. People will tilt and throw super fast if they get offended.
You need to be grossly overskilled to consistently be a single impact variable. Playing around teammates and enemies + being consistent is the method to move up if you lack the mechanics to over skill everything. Just put the odds always onto your teams favor in each game you play.
Well for starters, you hope that Riot doesn't shit on you with a Teemo that goes 0-10 against a Tahm Kench in top lane.
Play an op champ. That's it anymore. If you pick pretty much any assassin you can just feed and still one shot tanks after one item.
