I'm curious as to what champions you, personally, just cannot play.
LoL is pretty straightforward but every game featuring a massive roster of playable characters will always throw up one or two weird characters you can't seem to figure out, mechanically speaking.

Yea she's a apparently a "noskill" champ, but believe it or not she actually takes time to learn, I went in one game expecting to burst down multiple opponents with ease but it just didn't turn out that way ;-; farming with her is pretty hard too
I'm not really an aggressive early player, but I find his lack of mobility or range to be rather aggravating. Though, that is partially because he is rather susceptible to ganks and I tend to get camped when playing with him (since their jungler is usually premade with my lane opponent).

, but I have a feeling that is going to change with her rework.
I understand his kit and I can make good plays with him, but I always end up roaming for chimes when I should be helping my team. Damn mini game.
I simply do not like him. I think it has a lot to do with his character, which I know is stupid, but I don't really even like his kit all that much. I acknowledge that he is strong, but .. idk, I just wont play him.
Pretty much the same as Draven, but I have less trouble with playing him. I think it is just that I have been pissed off by Fiddlesticks bot in Coop vs AI too many times. Easily my number 1 most tilting champion.
I think I'm pretty okay with everyone else, personal preference, character, and kit-wise.
Pretty much all bruisers.
in particular, always 10 deaths before 20 in game.
I have also have pretty poor success with 
despite appearing to be my type of champion, I just can't seem to do any damage.
I tried to learn 
for a week but I only seemed to feed not feed then win.
I told myself that I was just bad at Riven and I'll always be bad at Riven. But I also told myself, that if Championship Riven was ever released again (playing since 2015), that I would learn Riven and git gud. I've owned the Skin since it's re-release. I've given up on Riven.
I just can't. As a Mid Main, it hurts. :/
Assassins. I just hate the playstyle. And aurelion sol. Weirdest kit in the game imo
I can't play fiora, even though I like her kit a lot.
I've tried many times to make it work. I can do all her crazy tricks... Outside of combat. My mind fudges everything up once I get into a serious confrontation so much so that I'll fail to stun someone with any of my abilities and kill myself after using my e. I say this to my friend all the time "I can't play riven to save my life." I mean that literally (though I like playing her I can't if I want to win).
Draven.
I'm not great at ADC anyway (I mainly play AD caster marksmen and it's still a role I shy away from) but Draven's minigame is just bonkers to me.
I'm already bad at positioning. He makes it worse.
I also can't play Irelia or Malphite. Not because they're hard, but because I can't help but be incredibly bored when playing them.
Irelia has so much that I lose interest in her. Malphite is so boring outside of his ult that I end up playing him like an assassin so I can kill the enemy carry and leave my team without a frontliner. He's so boring that he overrides my tanking instincts.
I'm terrible at proper autospacing at high attack and movement speeds. Master YI for example.

I can't play Jax or Tryndamere oddly enough. I'm not used to bring so squishy when I dive

She is the first champ I bought, yet I never figured how she's supposed to counter ranged top champions. Maybe I waited too long before I dive, maybe I aggro'd too many minions, maybe I timed my skill wrong but so far my experience facing ranged champions using her is terrible. I'd rather pick poppy. T_T

Generally speaking, I can not play a lot of them. At all. I tend to stick with mages that don't involve assasination.
this fucker. Even if I could play him, I wouldn't be able to give it my all, because he's just so fucking stupid and gross LOL.

Most assassins and most marksmen. I don't mind rengar, and I don't mind corki. besides that I stay top, jungle, or support and play mostly just tanks or bruisers unless the team needs something else.
