Fixing the "Full Tank Assassin Meta"

The fact that this type of thing still goes on is so stupid, building an assassin full tank and still being able to do the job well is just so stupid and unhealthy to this game, i have played this game for long enough to see the metas change, but this one seems to always be there. for good reason. Its broken to the point where an assassin will build full tank and tower dive someone at mid lane, kill them in 2 seconds and then run out of tower with little to no damage taken, if towers did percent health damage then this wouldn't be a issue, but this is not the case. We have all seen tank akali by now and all know how stupid and broken that build is and how impossible it is to counter. Every few games i see all new types of full tank assassins, from akali, to kat to zed to talon and the list goes on, some of these (like AD assassins) don't work well, but the AP assassins can build in this way and become very unhealthy. I love this game and all that its worth but this is really becoming an issue that effects me and lots more of LoL's fan base, and i assume that im not the only one who this this, so please do us all a favor and try and fix this.
