Leaving Game Penalty

So recently I downloaded the mobile MOBA called Vainglory on my phone and while it of course is not much like league in terms of it being mobile and the gameplay being a such smaller version of League or Dota there was an aspect that I liked about it. In the game there is a Karma system and what the Karma system does is really neat, people who stay through games and get honored get boosted Karma and depending on what level Karma you have you get an in game currency percentage boost. That part is nice to me but what really caught my attention is how they deal with leavers and people who abandon games. If you abandon a game or even troll and people report you for it, depending on how many times you do it you will be placed with people who show that same behavior. I think this would be great for League mainly because it would show people who left games how it feels to be on the other side of the spectrum. So basically leavers get placed in queue with leavers and trolls get placed with trolls. Of course you would be able to get out of this queue by staying in games and not trolling as much. Does anyone else feel like this would be good or is it just me?
