why riot didnt fix the dmg in the game?

what should happen is that the mages with super huge cc also have super strong damage that is what should balanced
omg so true, zed is really cancer op imo, he has legit 0 trading windows, and his poke is so easy to hit and takes half my hp, on top of all of that; HIS ULT!!!! Legit just click r, autos once, and im dead. Killed me though my barrer exhuast stopwatch hourglass kindred ult bard ult kayle ult!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
