why riot didnt fix the dmg in the game?

Legit just click r, autos once, and im dead. Killed me though my barrer exhuast stopwatch hourglass kindred ult bard ult kayle ult!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
