Game Pairing.

I recently started playing this game and realized a major flaw when it comes to player matching. im level 7 ( proudly) and i started a match and saw a guy with a gold thing around his champion card or whatever its called, in the loading screen, looked it up and found out that he was pretty highly ranked and though to myself, how am i supposed to enjoy my game if someone that highly ranked is in it with me? there's no room for learning, you basically don't do anything except help these high ranked players get kills or win games, you're basically just a puppet or bait. I dont know if this kind of pairing carries across to PVP but if it does its really stupid and unfair to new players. i cant imagine anything positive or fair matching someone like me who wants to try PVP against a player who has a high level of skill, its just ridiculous.

Heres what happened in my game, just for measure, i was top lane in a bot match alone, doing pretty well on my own till the guy just came in and swooped up my kills when i got the enemy low enough and even after asking him not to do so cuz im trying to learn the game, he was really rude about it and insisted that he would not stop....how am i supposed to learn anything if there is no room for error?
