New one is
After casting an ability, Taric's next two basic attacks each gain bonus attack speed, deal 22 - 90 (based on level) (+ 15% bonus armor) bonus magic damage and reduce the cooldowns of his basic abilities and Starlight's Touch's recharge time.
They are very similar since they give bonus damage and reduce the cooldown on his abilities.
Anraton1 voteshis passiv is a buff actually .... taric started with 25.9 armor and had a 20% armor scaling - for 1 attack. now he has 15 +5/level + a 15% bonus armor scaling -> before it was ~ 12 at lvl 1 now it is 20 for 2 hits
Q Changed massiv - hit is now a charge ability with 15 sec recharge time per charge and a aoe healing that can be doubled with his W
W ... passive armor is buffed but you loose the aura buff ... don't like the damage + armor shred exchange to a shield.
E .. you do a 1 second selfstun and at lvl 1 it is a 0,75 sec stun ... funny stuff .. you need lvl 3 for 1.25 sec stun to be useable as gapcloser - even it is a damage buff
Ult .. well its an aoe kayle ult .. no damage any more ... damage is more protective and passiv as he was before ....

Actually, I think his W gives gives his ally that he's linked with the buff as well. Not too sure though. They need to clarify.

OurLestrade1 votesW the engage to give them a max health shield and make your Q, E and ult AOE, and his passive is on steroids now. He can clear jungle even easier and can duel pretty well early to mid without being stupid like old Taric. I don't see any problems chief.
