Why is Lee everytime feeding.

Every time I play a ranked i ve a Lee in my Team. He is so unbelievable usless and i dont know what to do? Should i ban Lee every game or should i ban my counters... i dont know what i should do. Or is its possible that riot will remove lee from this game cause he cant be usefull in my elo.

Lee's extremely useless right now. He's not favored by many runes, and he got hit pretty hard by nerfs before S7 Worlds. And he's disfavored by the meta...

Generally, I'd suggest advising your jungler that Lee is in a bad spot right now. If not, just...play around it.
