Uh Morde rework is one of the biggest Riot failurs
- Was the first to put aggression back into bottom lane
- Was the first to make assassins work again by designing a champ with a near infinite ceiling

Malix Farwin3 votesThere are plenty of champions right now that are far mroe problematic then CertainlyT's champions but i am more then willing to bet you wouldnt know their developers without having to do a google search.

Mordekaiser was a Troll pick for 2 years BECAUSE of CertianlyTs rework.
CertainlyTs Rework made him over-tuned and Unviable at the same time. Then the Live design team Reworked the Rework into what we have now.
Before that happened he had a Stable 51% toplane winrate and 2.2% playrate for Years. (Barring a point in season 3 where they gutted him, which riot did admit they over nerfed him)
So Remember just about everything about CT's rework has been changed. his W speed boost had 2 major restrictions imposed, passive exp nerfed, Double damage on overlap deleted.
Q ratios and scalings completely changed. The Dragon passive nerfed.
CertainlyT ignored feedback and insulted those who criticized the obviously Bad rework.

To be fair the reason it sucked was because the limitations he had with the kit. For some reason they didnt want to do a full rework with morde and has more to do with Riot, he needs a complete overhaul.

That's because they started doing class updates crammed in 4 reworks right before worlds and they felt compelled to push it through.

From what i've noticed from the community a lot of players say : (not an opinion with her. Its pretty much a fact by now.) .
i think are all OP but thats just my opinion. Either way hes made SO many champions that a lot of players just hate playing against. Most of his champions have the highest ban rate i believe. Even though players ive seen hate his champions. Hes still able to make stuff like his latest akali. I'm not saying he should be fired or anything. But i do want some sorta checks for his champion designs cause most of them are so not fun to play against.
His champions are truly mostly innovative. But i don't think their innovative in a healthy way.
