Plenty of changes have taken place I see, and I get the gist of most of them. Except the damn true sight buff (Oracle's). I can't figure out for the life of me how and why i'm proccing this buff.

I've googled and tried to sift through patch notes, but I'm not sure what patch i'm even looking for.

you mean a buff that allows you to see wards? There is a buff obtained using smite on the biggest of the "parrots" ( the old wraiths, they are called razorbeaks) that allows you to detect wards when you pass near one, by alerting you and giving true vision for a short time.

Else there is the trinket upgrade that once used gives you true sight.
