The real problem with chat restriction and a way to improve the situation

Instead of banning people that get mad at bad players or trolls in ranked an effort should be made to ban the trolls and or bad players in ranked. This cuts the problem from the source. And without going on a whole rant about elo hell which im sure nobody wants to hear about I simply feel like this might be an interesting approach to take. And can be determined by mmr or some similar function. If a player loses say 7 games in a row it should make it so that they have to go win normal draft games similar to chat restriction. Or another example winning 3 out of 15 and just deciding to troll because they don't care anymore, if those problems could be identified and cut from the source I feel like this game would be much improved. I have already discussed this with many people and every single one of them feels like this would be beneficial. "banning people that get mad at bad players" - You're Silver, so compared to Gold and higher you're a bad player, so a Gold or better player, or hell even a Silver II player should have the "right" to flame you because they are a better player?

Sounds like you need to work on how you interact with people as there are rarely "Bad players" as much as they are less experienced players. People will have bad games, that isn't a license to abuse.

@TeemoJenkins When I talk about a player being bad I dont mean they are behind in cs or go 3/5. Im talking about the players that are 0/12 and have builds that are completely wrong like mana regen on a champion with no mana etc. And not saying that anyone has a right to flame someone but nowadays You say dude can you please stop feeding and play safe or something similar to that and they report you for being a toxic player and whine in all chat that you are being mean just because they are not doing well. But in silver you would expect a vlad to not get a dorans ring... etc...
