Broken Matchmaking

Riot can you please stop matching me with people whose experience is not in the same ballpark as mine? Just about every game I play, the average number of wins among players (as seen in post-game) is 900-1000. I currently have about 100. What is this? I constantly find myself matched against players far more experienced than me, constantly feeding the other side because I'm way out of my league, and making the game not fun for anyone involved, particularly myself. If you have to take an extra minute or two to find me a match with people in my own skill-level I'm okay with that, but if I have to keep facing people who play the game 10x more than I do, I'm just going to quit. Whether my team wins or loses, it's just no fun playing 95% of my games this way. I'm okay with waiting a little longer for a match, just please fix this mess. Or, if this is intentional, let me know and I'll quit right now.
