Singed's Passive Change

Singed's passive is more or less trash especially in today's League of Legends. Many YouTubers make comments on how Fizz's passive doesn't make sense with his kit (and I suspect that with the incoming Assassin rework coming up, he will be changed), but that passive does make sense with Singed's kit.

Losing unit collision and damage reduction work amazingly with Singed. Singed's kit is designed around kiting, but due to his age he is not really able to kite many top-laners due to his lack of a dash and gap closer. If Singed was able to ignore unit collision, he could use the minions to peel or catch up to another champion through a wave. This could also potentially bring back proxy Singed being that minions wouldn't be able to get in his way.

The damage reduction would be nice, especially due to the fact that many top laners are usually fighters or tanks that love to get scrappy. Or, if Singed is aggroing the minions he wouldn't be punished as much for it which would again strengthen his laning phase. However, being that the damage reduction could potentially make Singed overpowered, this could be replaced with a scaling movement speed buff.

Singed in the late game is fairly easy to kite (again, because of all of the dash champions nowadays) so this could make him more of a threat in the late game. This change in particular could prevent Singed's laning phase from being too strong while giving his passive something more meaningful later on.

The change to his slow helped make Singed less dated, but he isn't quite in a position to be a top tier pick at this time. I think that with a passive change Singed could be a great pick without being incredibly broken.

singed needs more starting armor to help him vs ranged pokes and in early exchanges. about his passive, he needs one that gives him tenacity.
