Will Bard be the new Anivia troll?

I've seen how Bard can freeze people, tried to youtube or google it nothing came up, assuming it's not made it lol one can easily get his team killed with his abilities.

Let's all agree not to make this topic anymore, please.

ANY champion can "troll". Any one can take a champion and decide to feed mid or whatever. There is absolutely nothing about Bard that is worse.

So let's all agree to stop this and not try to stifle any new gameplay or features for League with mindless hysterics about the possibility that you might have a "troll" in a game.

I never said it's a bad thing why do lol players have retarded mind set, I'm just saying he could his abilities can hurt his own team, I'm just saying didn't complain, ever heard of a reference called "power gaming" ? forcing an action onto another player.

I do hope since this was just a month ago this isn't necroing, apologies if it is. I just had to point something out - Bard honestly can troll. Hard. Feeding may be trolling, but he can just kill teammates. And with a bit more easily than Anivia, since with Anivia flash is a thing. So yeah, he is a troll, though not the new Anivia.
