Coach role

U remember times when the ooldest football teams like Sheffield F.C. (1857) were playin football withot coach? If u want to turn the League of Legend on a higher lvl u should let the teams got their coaches for example on some teamspeak or curse connected. the coach would be the 6th active person in game so he could give some more for example possibilities to make some insane teamfight. The replays of conversations between coach and players would be played after succesfull teamfight xd Make the League of Legends true team game with some experienced leaders which there is a bunch of them since we re playin 6 season already. I think that there was some post like this but i wanted to share my thought

And on that day, no one ever warded again. Every game stalled until the 50 minute team fight that decided the whole game

Everything depends on what changes would be made with call it "coach patch". Players already see whats on map each other why coach role would make it different in warding ?
