He just sits there like 5 miles behind his casters constantly spamminig his abilities. And after 6, if one w or q hits u and he isnt bad ur pretty much dead or can flash. If the jungler wants to gank u cant follow up because hes zoning u under ur tower while still beeing in a safe spot. i dont say hes broken or anything, its just zero fun to lane against him.
